A new series of drawings by Natalie Ryde which serve as studies for larger works.
Natalie says of these works:"These small paintings on paper developed during 2020 working from home as an almost kaleidoscopic response to confinement, repetition and finding joy in small things. The grid structure that I have previously used to suggest infinite surfaces, now becomes a motif for windows, borders, screens, rhythm and time. The paintings play with formal elements of colour, pattern and composition, each similar in materials and dimensions but ultimately unique."
